The contract includes a comprehensive range of services and works necessary for the realization of the investment objective:

A. Provision of design services

• Preparation of technical documentation for the following investment objectives:
  • SCADA systems;
  • CCTV surveillance, anti-burglary, and fire protection systems.
• Preparation of execution details, in accordance with Government Decision no. 907/2016, for the following specialties:
  • Architecture;
  • Structure;
  • Roads;
  • Low and medium voltage electrical installations.
• Technical quality verification of the execution details.
• Updating the general budget of the project.
• Technical assistance from the designer, during the execution of the works and at the final reception.
• Preparation of "as built" documentation for all specialties and investment objectives.
• Preparation of operation and maintenance instructions for the equipment, including a list of spare parts.
• Preparation of the technical construction book, which includes documentation regarding design, execution, reception, and the monitoring of behavior in operation.

B. Supply of equipment, machinery, and materials necessary for the realization of the investment objective, including but not limited to:

• Photovoltaic panels;
• Combined inverter and transformer stations;
• Low, medium, and high-voltage cables;
• Optical fiber;
• Lightning protection systems;
• Monitoring and SCADA systems;
• Structures for mounting photovoltaic panels;
• High voltage equipment for substation.

C. Execution of construction and electrical works, which includes:

• Land preparation and site organization;
• Construction works for foundations, roads and fences;
• Installation and commissioning of all necessary electrical equipment and accessories.

D. Commissioning of the investment objective and conducting technological trials and tests.

This contract provides a complete solution, from design and equipment supply to construction execution and commissioning of the investment objective.
